I am happy to provide my support for Wayne, as I believe he is the best candidate to represent the Kootenay-Columbia riding in Ottawa. Wayne's successful history in national and regional politics provides him with the skills needed to fairly represent all constituents in our riding. His exceptional background in the conservation of public and private lands is exactly what we need at this critical junction in history where we all face the extreme danger of climate change. As a young professional at the beginning of my career, working in product design and development, I see the importance of long-term planning and understand how government policy will have a major impact on the affordability, sustainability, and equity of life in Canada moving forward. I believe the NDP is the correct party to tackle these issues, and by sending Wayne back to Ottawa we can contribute to meeting these goals.
